SECTION 1: CREATION AND CHANGING OF AMENDMENTS Amendments of these Bylaws may be proposed at any meeting of the BOARD or of the Society. To become effective they must receive a three-fourths affirmative vote of the members who vote in a manner prescribed by the BOARD, when all of the members are polled in a in a manner prescribed by the BOARD. Members must receive notice of proposed changes not less than thirty days prior to the vote.
